Please allow 1-3 business days for standard ground orders to process and to be shipped. During sale period, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed.
You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with a tracking number.
If you need to edit or cancel an order, please contact us by email email@example.com as soon as possible after order placement. Mon-Fri 9.30am to 5.30pm. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or edit your order.
If sale items are marked as final sale, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Coupon codes are not compatible with any sale item, online.
UP_CLOSE customers have 14 days from the receiving date to return full price and sale price items for a store credit or an exchange.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, along with a copy of the UP_CLOSE returns and exchanges policy sent in your package.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your store credit or exchange.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
